in store rates

  • A minimum bench charge of $60.00 will be applied to begin diagnosis and/or repairs. This charge will be applied towards the final cost of the repair.

  • Our standard labor rate is $120.00 per hour for all repairs.

REMOTE rates

  •  Remote Support WITHOUT Ninja is $120.00 with a 15-minute minimum charge

  •  Remote Support WITH Ninja is $90.00 with a 15-minute minimum charge

ONSITE rates

A minimum charge of 1 hour will be charged for onsite visits. The labor rates listed are per hour: 

  • Standard rate is $120.00

  • Infrastructure rate is $140.00

  • Rush or afterhours rate is $180.00

  • Rush and afterhours rate is $240.00

  • Travel Time rate $80.00


  • Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, local checks, credit cards, and PayPal.

  • Late payment fees will be applied to any outstanding invoices after 30 days. The late payment fee will be 1.5% of the total amount due per month, or the maximum amount permitted by California law, whichever is less. In the event that the account remains delinquent for 60 days or more, we reserve the right to refer the account to a third-party collections agency, and you will be responsible for any additional fees or costs incurred as a result of the collections process.

  • Any item left for repair or service that is not picked up and paid for within 60 days following the completion of the work will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to sell or discard such items after 61 days. You will be responsible for any outstanding fees and costs associated with the repair or service, and we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the abandoned item. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before disposing of the item, using the contact information provided at the time of drop-off.

  • Initial estimates are subject to change based on the results of the diagnostic process. We will inform you of any changes to the initial estimate before proceeding with the repair.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who we deem to be behaving in a threatening or abusive manner towards our staff, or for any other reason.
